Reminiscent of the great Chet Baker/Gerry Mulligan quartet, "Quartology" explores the unique sound of two horns with bass and drums. Dean McNeil (trumpet) can be heard on over 15 recordings and has performed with Bob Mintzer, Kenny Wheeler and others. Saxophonist Mark DeJong has toured throughout the US, Europe and Japan and has played with Ray Charles, Lennie Piclott and others.
